Had to wait a while for an employee. They seemed short staffed... Got what I needed. Don't believe the online inventory. It is definitely not accurate
Home depot don't give a damn about consumers.. they make so much money, if one customer needs something they don't care if you walk away unhappy.. and before getting a home depot card, make sure you are able to make online purchases. I was not told this when I was getting approved. . I should have went to Lowes.. go to lowes.. they will go above and beyond to help their customers.. cutting up my home depot card and NEVER stepping foot in there again.. Home depot lost a 1200.00 dollar sell today..

Trying to get someone to help you find a product is almost impossible. After looking for myself to know avail, l ask an employee to help. She explained it was not her department, so she call over the loud speaker that a customer needed help. I waited and waited, no one came, so I went to front desk and again requested help. After 10 more minutes waiting I received help. 30 minutes waisted! Had they not been the only store locally that carried the product I need I would have left. THERE IS LITTLE OR NO CUSTOMER HELP HERE!!
Absolutely no help checking out & clerk couldn't price duct work piece. So going to Lowes
