For the most part, staff was good - some glitches in scheduling, but it was fine. Will need to adjust medicines though, I feel sedated all day, and not able to take care of myself or anyone in my household. I didn't feel like I could get a word in edgewise about more choices regarding medicines.
Dr's could care less about patients. They hear only "key" words and not what the patient is saying. I was prescribed mind altering medIcations by a Dr that NEVER even saw me. Nothing but a cash cow operation to sieve money out of government.
Just called to get help for a patient that has moved to find out who she needs to talk to to get help in our county and the person I spoke to was rude told me she had people in her window and she couldn't help me and didn't won't to hear what I had to say very poor customer service
I went there and the doctors and staff there absolutely were horrible they put me on so many pills and misdiagnosing me. They don't care about their patients especially the minors
I am currently supposed to be on medicine I have been through them before and I lived in a different County and went through that RiversEdge and everything was fine then I had to move don't have transportation and they told me that I needed my records from the other RiversEdge in Monroe County now I have to go through them for violence classes because they wouldn't help me get on the meds that I needed in the first place the customer service sucks everyone there sucks f*** them all
