I love Dr. Umerah and his wife Anayo. They are an awesome team with a staff to match. They treated me with respect and dignity. I would highly recommend this facility to women with health issues. I cried that I had to switch doctors due to my insurance carrier(which is in network). Dr. Umerah is very patient, caring and knowledgeable about his craft. Dr. Anayo is also knowledgeable, patient, caring and gives you a straight no chaser approach to your health. Being a first time patiene I had the worst experience here after being referred. After my first and last visit I never received a phone call regarding results or labs. I've tried to call and receive them, but the nurse kept me on hold because she needed to ask the doctor questions. Eventually, she hung up the phone after keeping me on hold. Recently, I've tried to call back to speak with the office manager to inquiry about my situation. Yet, still no response. Please believe I have received invoices in the mail regarding the poor service. You all want your money, but I can't receive good customer service or a follow up.
I am a LPN (14yrs) and I appreciate the attentive and detailed care and concern of my nurse practitioner Fabeola. She takes notes and asks questions showing complete concern. Very professional office and thorough. From the front desk to the providers this office provides great service. I would only caution the ultrasound tech to be mindful of asking questions of her patients while in the hallway as she did me the first day I came to have a scan. Looking forward to setting and reaching more health and fitness goals with this women's clinic!
