Friendly staff, Dr. Burton is the best always cares about his patients. The PA is awesome also.
I was so disappointed with the visit my parents experienced today. The Office Tech was very unprofessional. Could not tell if she was a Nurse or not due to her uniform attire that was not appropriate for a medical office atmosphere. The mannerism she exposed was just unacceptable. Paperwork was not legible, I could barely see the documents that needed to be filled out. Documents posted all over the front desk window, which enables staff to greet you with a friendly smile. Upon leaving no one tried to assist the situation, nor did we receive a call for apology. I have heard such great things about Dr. Burton and hate my parents where not able to be seen today. Please address the staff with better professionalism with patients!!!!!

I'm A CURRENT PATIENT AT DR. BURTON OFFICE, AND MY DOCTOR IS NAME DR. LISA. DR. SALANGE BURNETT WAS MY PASS DR. DOCTOR AND SHE WAS AN AWSOME DOCTOR. SHE'S NO LONGER WITH THE PRACTICE BUT, SHE MADE SURETHAT HER PATIENCE WAS CARED FOR. I WAS LATER INTRODUCE TO A YOUNG LADY LADY DOCTOR BY THE NAME OF DR. LISA. AND I HAVE HAD TO ENDURE PAIN SINCE 1991 AND DR. BURNETT DISCOVER MY PROBLEMS. THEN DR. LISA PICK UP ON MY ILLNESS. I RECOMMEND ANYONE WHO'S SUFFERING WITH AND TYPES OF ILLNESS TO CONCIDER SETTING APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE DOCTORS AT THE NORTH MACON FAMILY HEALTH. WHEN I GO , I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THE WHOLE STAFF. THE NURSES THE ARE SOOO COMPASSIONATE TO THE PATIENCE, AND MAKE YOU FEEL NOTHING BUT LOVE THERE. LORD I WANT TO THANK YOU FOR THIS STAFF AND LORD I ASK FOR INCREASE FOR EVERYONE THAT WORKS IN THAT FALCALTY . I ASK YOU COVER THEM ,AND SHIELD THEM IN YOUR MIGHTY NAME JESUS. NO WEAPON FORMS AGAINST THEM SHALL NOT PROSPER . IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS I PRAY. AMEN. .
