as I write this I am currently sitting with my father with dr Reeves as he speaks with my dad, a heart patient. and this man is the rudest doctor I have ever encountered!!! My father is 57 years old, 2 strokes and 9 heart attacks, he has slurred speech and sometimes gets confused which is normal after having such traumatizing events. this man is currently talking over my father and fighting with him over how he specifically is talking to him and how he literally puts his words together in a sentence. as rude and blunt as someone can be with such attitude, "that's not what I asked you" when my father actually is answer the questioned he asked, but the best way he knows how, but apparently not good enough for Reeves. this man is making my father feel like he is stupid and that is NOT ok. He apparently likes to argue with elderly people. this man has no respect for anyone what so ever. I will be finding my father a new Dr after this visit because this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! at least his staff was decent.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! This place is full of kind and caring people.. The office ladies were VERY helpful and super sweet. Dr. Reeves is very knowledgeable and took the time to sit there and listen to me and he was very understanding and didn't make me feel like I was just another "patient".. You can tell he really enjoys his job and that he really enjoys helping people. I will continue at this family practice and will definitely recommend to everyone!!
Dr. Reeves is AWESOME. His staff is sort of rude and curt, but they do the trick. Haven't had any billing or other issues, just they aren't overly nice. They were very accomodating when I rescheduled my appointment, however. For a close family practice that works with my schedule, I'll keep seeing Dr. Reeves for a long time. The only reason I didnt' put 5 stars is because of the staff.
