My friends and I were driving to Savannah and we stopped for a quick bite to eat. I understand it is not a fast food, but it took ONE hour for the food to arrive (and the restaurant wasn't even full; around 12 tables -yes we counted- were empty). We ordered bread so at least we could eat something since we were hungry, and even after an hour when the food arrived, the bread didn't. So, we had to cancel the bread. When the food actually did come, Lemon cedar chicken and it was way smaller than advertised/described. My friends had the same complaints. I wish it was a pleasant visit, but instead it was quite disappointing, therefore I wouldn't recommend this place. The waitress was good at smiling, but slow at super walking a very forgetful! :-(
I was in town for a business trip and the hotel I stayed at gave us 10% off there. Me and 2 other went and it took the waitress 15+ minutes to acknowledge we were even there. When she finally did it was 10 minutes before she took our drink order. When she finally came back I asked her to take my order while the other two I was with decided what they wanted. She said "ok" And walked away. 15 min later she comes back to take our order. She didn't write any of it down and had to come back 3 times to confirm different parts of the order. My steak came out pretty much the same time as the apps, over cooked. They got the pork chop special and it was dry. When my steak finally came put it was extremely tough for the cut. I didn't mention it earlier but I am a culinary school graduate. When she brought out our separate checks, some items were on the wrong ticket. She fixed it and some how my 10% discount came to $3.06 on almost a $50.00 tab. I didn't complain because I just wanted to leave. If the food hadn't tasted good, I wouldn't have paid at all and this would have been a 1 star rating.
The service was horrid. We sat there for 20 mins... No acknowledgment no nothing. We ordered our appetizers on the touch tablet because I was starving. The server FINALLY came over took our drink and our food order because it had been so long, never to be seen again. We were missing things from our appetizers then our side salads came but still NO DRINKS. The lettuce was wilted and soggy on my salad and that was the last straw. I got the attention of the nearest employee, who was not our server, advised them we were leaving and left. NEVER AGAIN. All my friends will know. Thanks for giving us a bad experience on our anniversary.
Received good service at this location. I always go after 9pm for the late night happy hour for half price appetizers and select drinks.
Horrible customer service. We had to wait almost an hr before our food came and the portion was not enough too. Would never come here.
