Food was cold and not seasoned. Employees did not know the menu. The parking lot ans inside both were neat and clean however!
First visit. Excellant staff. Friendly & really seemed to care how we felt about the food which was great & portions were huge. Lunch is super bargain for $5!
Most of the time customer service is fairly good but this morning customer server were counting on the bad side the order was not correct, it took 8 minutes to get the order, and had to wait at front door. I think the worker had a rude attitude, not with word but just a dispositional hearing the complete order.
Ham egg combo on menu $4.89...... Register reads up $4.99. smh. A dime over at register. Just think about it. For every 100,000 orders sold of this product $10,000 american dollars is being scammed off of would be loyal customers. The cashier gave me a hard time about this and then she walked off from me,handing my money to the drive through attendant saying, I'm not doing this...? Receipt reads. CHECK 20017. STATION 2.Cashier 11 THURSDAY 8/10/2017. 8:41 am.... Good luck with this. The employee which handled this manner I spoke of about for a correction on the menu for it does not mislead the public, just as I said before. It wasn't so bad until she handed another employee my change and receipt. Then she walked off. Bad for business.
Good olace if you want some good fried chicken and isn't too expensive.
