Traditional hibachi and sushi restaurant. Food is always good. Chefs are entertaining. Wait staff are willing, though sometimes inexperienced.
For years we enjoyed dining at Mikata but the quality of their food seems to have gradually declined. The service and food were more than lacking our last two visits. Will not return.
Been going here for years. Probably our last time tonight. Don’t know what has happened but it was terribly disappointing. Food was nothing like it used to be. Even the yum yum sauce was different. Service was poor. Waitress was super stressed and could not keep up. Our cook was nice and entertaining though.
The Sushi chef is amazing. The rolls over 10.00 are super sized. Clean restaurant, great staff and the prices are more than reasonable.
Don’t call to do a call in order here they won’t take your order over the phone. They told us it would take an hour to prepare the sushi so it would be better to come in. Don’t waste your time the are 3 other sushi places within 3 miles of this place.
