Big Zax Snack. Seriously we don't get Zaxbys in the PNW and it was a mandatory stop on our quick visit to Georgia.
Our meal was incorrectly entered twice. When we got to the window, they tried to short us a meal, repeating over and over that it was an add on when it was not. Two meals, two drinks. Not only that, they gave me five less nuggets than what we ordered.
Very disappointing. Took my family out for dinner no one was in the restaurant at this time the counter where I ordered was filthy lemons water and crumbs all over the place, and when trying to find somewhere to sit I had to clean my own table off because I could not find a clean one. Bathrooms and feces and toilet paper all over them and Windows looked very nasty! After mentioning something to the manager he did nothing.. said he would have someone check the bathrooms although that was the least of the problem. We sat down are are stay was about 35 min and no one had cleaned the dining area Windows floors or bathrooms! Appalled I have never been to a zaxbys like this. Will not spend my hard earned money on people who do not take pride in their jobs.
