Upon checking in, we were greated with friendly staff. Our directions to our room and where to park were helpful. Our room was clean and a comfortable temperature. The pool looked nice but we didn't swim in it. I would go back to this location if the occasion arises.
The room was very clean when we arrived. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful for the duration of our stay. We had one minor problem while we were there (we found tiny ants on the nightstand), but it was taken care of within moments of me reporting it to the staff. The gentleman who came in to check out the issue was very kind and told us that if we had any other problems just to ask for him by name and he'd be there right away. When we checked out the staff asked if we'd had the little ants return and we had not. It had been a fluke and most likely a liquid spill behind the nightstand from another guest that I would never have expected anyone to catch unless it had just happened. The beds were more comfortable than most hotels and as a back pain sufferer I really appreciate that. A very nice touch was the make-up removing cloth in the bathroom. We were there for a wedding and I had forgotten my make-up remover so they saved me! The parking lot was very well lit and I had no issue leaving my car our there.
Front Desk attendant was courteous and friendly when checking in. The room was very nice and cozy. It was nice having a Starbucks on premise and not have to make another stop for coffee while on the road. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
All is what you’d expect from a Courtyard except the paper thin walls and floors. It is almost 2018 - no need for standard definition channels. Time for Ted! Other than that, great.
Came here after evacuating hurricane Irma, so my experience may be unusual. Location is decent, decent food nearby, but big stores are 20-30 minutes away. The room was nice; newer furnishings and clean. The pull out bed was awful uncomfortable and had large brown strains the length of your body in the center. Staff was extremely understanding and helpful. One thing that impressed me; since we were expecting a possible power outage, there were several trucks in the parking lot ready to restore the power immediately. I would definitely recommend staying here, just check out mattress and don't get a pull out bed!!!
