Great price for a very clean and spacious room. Good dining options around the area, the complimentary breakfast at the hotel was also delicious. Overall, a great comfortable stay!
Terrible place run run run... if I could give 0 stars I would. Manager would not accommodate my Expedia non smoking reservation that I verified 2 times in phone calls. Rooms are not as pictured, maybe 1 If they are renovating but not the dump I was in. Ceiling falling in bathroom nasty, dust fell on the toilet and toilet paper. Sheets yellow stained and walls and carpet was so nasty yuk. We arrived at 3 a.m and left at 10 a.m and would not give full refund for all 5 days I planned to stay. Manager has kids that run the halls early. Not a place to get sleep even. Disappointed
The hotel claims newly renovated rooms but that is a stretch. You do get clean and comfortable beds but the overall cleanliness and crispness of the place is lacking. Good value for your money but picky people might want to avoid.
The front desk lady was nice, however the room was not. Bed sheets had holes in them and for a non-smoking room, it still smelled like smoke. We ended up leaving after about 5 minutes of looking at the hotel room. They did refund our money. My suspensions of it being bad and the only hotel in the area that didn't have a lot of customers meant it was not a good place to stay was right.
I thought it had cleaned up over the years but it hasn't. Housekeeping just walk in your room. A stranger was given a key to my room busted in while my husband and I were being intimate. Front desk personal was to busy doing none hotel related things to give me 100% of her attention. Repeatedly asked for management so I could get a refund and leave but my happy place and safety wasn't their concerns. Same trap conditions from 5yrs ago. One would think as times progress and people change their lives improvement is goals.but not here same drug deals going down staff still with same drama and sadly owner roj knows it all.but it's hood money so he doesn't care.. better chance going across street to quality inn. I barely give businesses a low score but when my integrity is compromised and zero fs are given. Bad business. Good points the bed is very comfortable. There's about a 2inch gap between floor and door.(bad) flat screen TV not worth much satellite goes out every 30 minutes so you really can't enjoy your TV down time. Hardwood floors cleaning isn't priority. Order 30$ worth of pizza ate one slice showered came back it was full of roaches... mentioned it to staff she apologized said they trying to fix that problem. I tried to give a chance,but this hotel is in the hood and it's ran as if you're not a valuable customer just another dollar so why accommodate you,after all you are smack dead in center of a Black community!
