This place is absolutely disgusting. We tried to get a refund, but just got another room by the front desk person. I want to give this place zero stars but unfortunately cannot. We had blood on the towels, pubes on the bed,bugs everywhere,the bathtub/shower was so dirty like nobody cleaned it just put a bath mat on top,it's absolutely disgusting. There was a creep looking at my family, it was disturbing. I definitely recommend NOT to stay here, go to a better place like ramada or anywhere else. Please DO NOT stay here. Also NEVER order off of Priceline, it's terrible.
Don't let the outside fool you. It may not look great outside but the rooms are top notch, clean and updated. Great beds. And good staff.
Staff is ride, rented a room void of shower curtain ,towels , and tolit tissue.no refrigerator charged 51 dollars for the room. Toilt stopped up after first use. I had to spend the rest of the night walking up hill to Burger king or the gas station. When I reported it in the morning, manager screamed at me saying I stopped it up. I would not get another room I had prepaid another day which he refunded after hurrying me out of the room. Very rude.very nasty. Use to be a good place. Not anymore.
We had a reservation and told us it was canceled because we were late in no place they warned you about this policy! Anyways they gave us another room and I was not clean I mean the towels were on the floor bed was not made. Unbelievable!
Absolutely Terrible place for anyone to stay. Booked 2 rooms, both full of cockroach pesticides and live cockroaches. The furniture and walls are absolutely dirty. Bed sheets seemed as if they have not been washed. The place is in no way wheelchair accessible even though they say it is. The pool is nasty and very green .In addition, it seems to be a place for people to come and do their illegal business. Pictures provided are absolutely deceiving. Very terrible place, please stay away and save yourself the time, money and the uncomfortable talk with the family about what they just saw!!!!! I truly do not understand how this place is still operating. I have stayed in many hotels / motels with affordable prices all over the usa and none have ever been as terrible.
