A nice place. Housekeeping can use a little help. All staff that I interacted with are A+ at this hotel. They are friendly, welcoming and genuine. I'll be back.
This hotel was located conveniently right off of I-16. The staff was very friendly, professional, and polite. My room was very clean, and very well stocked with a full kitchenette. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. In the same parking lot is a brewery, a deli shop, a donut shop and a pizza place if you're too tired from your travels to drive into town and track down food. I would definitely stay here again.
It's a very nice hotel. My husband I stayed there for 4 days. It's clean, relaxing and modern in its decor. Guest services was great. I like the suite. It's big. The bedroom is separate from the living room. The bedroom closet is big. It has shelves and storage baskets. The kitchenette has a large refrigerator. I could go on. You have a go there to see what I experienced. The only downside is that you could hear the traffic. It's right across from Mercer University. If you like pizza. There is a Pappa Johns in at the located.
Was disappointed with this stay. We have stayed here in the past and really looked forward to the stay. Reservation was screwed up took 1 hour to straighten out, started taking up breakfast early and outside patio area was in serious need of cleaning. On the positive side Bridget was as pleasant and helpful as always and the manager was very prompt in responding to our concerns.
